• The Institute of Directors (South) in Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire, etc to the south of London  -  an organisation of business leaders well versed in the commercial demands of our area.
• Local Councils  -  so important in the commercial planning and development of our region but also offering assistance to business and trade, and themselves large land-owners and freeholders with substantial property interests in the area including leashold and letting management.

• Contraversially, the UK Government is changing the way we buy our residential property, our house, our home.  From mid 2007 the Home Condition Report comes in (which must be obtained from a Licensed Home Inspector) and it will be required before a residentail house can be marketed for sale.  For more information go to the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister.  Also read about reform of the Planning System, Urban Policy, renting and letting policies and so on.
