In the UK there is a wealth of advice available on the purchase, lease and rental of commercial properties or businesses for sale, whether from Government departments, independent organisations or indeed, businesses themselves.
We are happy to offer advice about rent reviews, leases, business rates, valuations, business worth, planning and so on. We specialise in the leisure sector but, particularly with our overseas property experience, can offer advice on buy-to-let or buy-to-lease of commercial premises such as shops and other retail premises. Please see some of our resources below:

- Contraversially, the UK Government is changing the way we buy our residential property, our house, our home. From mid 2007 the Home Condition Report comes in (which must be obtained from a Licensed Home Inspector) and it will be required before a residentail house can be marketed for sale. For more information go to the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister. Also read about reform of the Planning System, Urban Policy, renting and letting policies and so on.
- The management and enforcement of property planning appeals is the job of the Planning Inspectorate.
